We are looking for a skilled individual for the position of Manager, Cost, Budget, and Inventory Control to manage and control financial operations, including cost analysis, budget planning, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities:

Cost Control:

• Identify and record all costs associated with the production of goods and services.
• Analyze and report on cost variances to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement cost reduction strategies to achieve budget targets.
• Monitor and control costs to ensure compliance with budget and financial targets.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality or efficiency.
  
  

Budgeting:

• Prepare and present annual budgets to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed budget plans, including forecasts, projections, and assumptions.
• Monitor and track budget performance, identifying areas of variance and taking corrective action.
• Review and revise budget plans as needed to ensure alignment with changing business needs.
• Ensure that budgeting processes are transparent, accountable, and compliant with organizational policies.
  
  

Inventory Control:

• Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that they are in line with business requirements.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
• Identify and address inventory discrepancies, including stockouts, overstocking, and obsolescence.

Develop and maintain inventory management systems, including tracking, reporting, and analytics.

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations, procurement, and finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, trends, and technologies to improve processes and outcomes.

• A minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in cost control, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Proven track record of analyzing financial data and implementing cost reduction strategies.

• Masters in Accounting/Finance from a reputed university
• Professional qualification: CMA Part Qualified is a must. 
• Relevant Certifications in cost, budget and inventory control are advantageous.
