Job Context:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Executive for the Cost, Budget, and Inventory Control Department to streamline financial planning, control costs, and manage inventory efficiently. The role focuses on optimizing production costs, refining budgets, and ensuring accurate inventory levels, helping the organization achieve cost efficiency and meet financial targets with ease.

Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Control:

  • Identify and record all costs associated with the production of goods and services.
  • Support the preparation of reports on cost variances.
  • Collect and analyze data to control costs and ensure compliance with budget and financial targets.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality or efficiency.

Budgeting:

  • Support the preparation of annual budgets for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining detailed budget plans, including forecasts, projections, and assumptions.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor budget performance, identify areas of variance, and take corrective action.
  • Support the revision of budget plans as needed to ensure alignment with changing business needs.

Inventory Control:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring they align with business requirements.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Identify and address inventory discrepancies, such as stockouts, overstocking, and obsolescence.
  • Support the maintenance of inventory management systems, including tracking, reporting, and analytics.

  • Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions

Additional Requirements:

  • Support for financial analysis.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify and report on trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations, procurement, and finance teams.
  • Provide support to ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Experience Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit and Compliance or Supply Chain Management Systems.

Educational Requirements:

  • Masters in Accounting/Finance from a reputed university
  • Professional qualification on Supply Chain Management
