We are looking for a Sr. Scrum Master to coordinate and guide our development teams to ensure flawless operation and solve complex challenges while simultaneously ensuring a collaborative and knowledge sharing environment. The Sr. Scrum Master will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate and facilitate agile methodologies to ensure higher productivity in various teams. He will be aware of the purpose, risks and opportunities and help the teams achieve their goals. The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills and an exceptional ability for teamwork. • Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives)
• Collaborate with the product owner and development team to prioritize product backlog items and create sprint goals
• Be responsible for ensuring that the Scrum is understood and the team adheres to the Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines
• Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
• Ensure that the team is following the Scrum framework and agile principles, and removing any impediments that are hindering the team's progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies across teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Track and communicate team velocity, performance parameters and sprint/release progress
• Ensure that the operational processes and practices are well defined, documented and consistently applied
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between the development team and stakeholders
• Monitor and report on team performance metrics, and work with the team to continuously improve their performance and outcomes.
• Support the product owner in product backlog management, release planning, and stakeholder engagement
• Support different divisions on creating operational procedures
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
• Coach and mentor the development team and other Scrum Masters on the Scrum framework, agile principles, and continuous improvement

• Minimum of 5 years of Scrum Master experience using Agile Methodologies, preferably with a large software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
• Extensive professional experience in Agile development
• Strong technical aptitude and hands on experience working with technical teams
• Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Versatile knowledge base regarding unique factors and challenges of software development and project management
• Skilled at building strong relationships that foster innovation and collaboration
• Ability to quickly grasp technology concepts and communicate with internal, external teams and stakeholders
• Possessing an in-depth knowledge of product life cycles, standards, and supporting processes and practices
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and an iterative design process

• Experience in a scrum master role
• Experience in project management tool 
• Ability to analyze and think quickly and resolve conflict
• Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
• Good knowledge of other agile frameworks 
• Scrum master certification is a must
• Ability to work with and lead a team
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Ability to meet deadlines and assure quality with the team
• Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
• Ability to create comprehensive technical documentations for different teams of the organization  

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
• Minimum 5+ years experience needed.
