BYSL Global Technology Group is currently looking for a Wash Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and organized. The Wash Technician will operate and maintain washing machines and other related equipment to ensure apparel items are washed efficiently and to quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This includes both dry and wet processes of washing and chemical element washes. If you meet all the above criteria, we would be delighted to meet you.

• Operate and monitor washing machines, dryers, and other related equipment.
• Adjust machine settings based on fabric types, load size, and cleaning requirements.
• Ensure proper chemical usage and water levels in accordance with departmental recommendations and environmental standards.
• In-depth knowledge of both dry and wet washing processes, including chemical treatments.
• Follow specific instructions for treating difficult stains or delicate fabrics.
• Report damaged or unsatisfactory items to supervisors for further action.
• Perform routine maintenance on washing machines, dryers, and related equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team for immediate repair.
• Address daily finishing and washing issues and offer guidance for improvement during bulk or future processes.
• Involvement in wash development stages, monitoring washing performance to understand customer demands, and making process improvements.
• Pack products according to organizational standards and prepare orders for dispatch as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Ensure the washing area is kept clean and tidy through daily cleaning processes.
• Consistently completes tasks quickly and accurately, optimizing both time and resources.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, fostering a positive team environment and achieving shared goals.
• Participants must be willing to work hard and be prepared for extra duties (if required).

1+ Years

• Minimum HSC.
